When The Dye Has Been Cast

Choices have been made.
Cards have been dealt.
But these handcuffed arms
Can't see the hand they've been dealt
Not till the timer beeps
And someone uncuffs them.
Such is destiny.

Sometimes the bloody hands are okay with being cuffed, and resist uncuffing. Gagh.

Are we talking about hindsight? Why do you feel handcuffed..were you barred from the Casino of Life for counting cards? Prolly not because you would know what kind of hand the Dealer gave to the others at the table.

You sound like me. I usually receive most of my light-bulb moments about a week after I could have used them.

Like now for instance...
